1. Purpose

PromiseMakers is an educational and mentoring community. Any tuition or subscription fees provide access to training, mentorship, community tools, and digital resources.

2. No Employment Relationship

You are not an employee, agent, or representative of PromiseMakers. Participation is voluntary and educational.

3. No Guaranteed Earnings

We make no promises of financial income, and past results do not indicate future success. Referral rewards are optional and based on mentorship activity.

4. Tuition Distribution Structure

The TDS is a cost-sharing rewards model, not an investment or income guarantee. Rewards are only available when:

tuition is paid, mentorship is active,

and community guidelines are followed.

PromiseMakers may adjust or discontinue TDS allocations for legal, operational, or compliance reasons.

5. Conduct Requirements

Members agree to:

treat others with respect, follow guidelines,

avoid harassment or misconduct,

avoid making unapproved earnings claims,

avoid misrepresenting PromiseMakers online or offline.

6. Refunds

Refunds follow the Refund Policy (see document #5).

7. Faith-Based Elements

PromiseMakers includes Christian-aligned values but does not require adherence to any religious belief for participation.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or remove members who violate guidelines, make deceptive claims, or misuse the platform.

9. Agreement

Your participation constitutes agreement to these terms and all related policies.
