Mentorship is a privilege and a position of leadership. By acting as a mentor within PromiseMakers Academy or Fellowship, you agree to:

1. Lead With Integrity

I will not make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unapproved claims about income, success, or results.

2. Educate, Don’t Pressure

I will teach, guide, support, and uplift community members. I will not pressure anyone into making financial decisions.

3. Maintain Active Participation

Our built in Mentorship Aligned Ranking Algorithm is based on active mentorship. If I stop mentoring, I understand rewards may stop.

4. Use Approved Descriptions Only

I will clearly explain:

• there is no guaranteed income,

• results vary,

• community involvement is required.

5. Uphold Community Values

I will respect all members regardless of beliefs, background, or skill level.

6. Provide Reasonable Support

I will be accessible to the stewards I enroll and provide guidance within my ability and capacity.

7. No Misrepresentation

I will not describe PromiseMakers as a job, investment, or passive income scheme.

8. Protect the Brand

I agree not to create competing versions of the TDS, training, or community resources without written permission.
